Because every single piece from cuddlingupmybrush is hand-painted and personalized upon order, artwork is not immediately pulled off a mass warehouse shelf.

2. Rigid Gallery Packaging Protection

Original watercolor paintings, glass bottle art, and mirror frames require specialized packaging to prevent bending, moisture, or breakage during transit:

• Acid-Free Sleeves: Artworks are enclosed in archival protective sleeves to prevent moisture or dust contact.
• Rigid Cardboard Backing: Frames and flat paper artworks are secured between heavy-duty rigid boards to prevent creasing or bending.
• Gift-Ready Presentation: Delivered in gallery-wrapped packaging with a personalized hand-written note from Shivani.

3. Delivery Timelines & Shipping Rates

Once dispatched from our studio, estimated courier delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro Cities (India): 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• International Shipping: 7 to 12 business days (subject to customs clearances in the destination country).

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, framing dimensions, and delivery pincode. All artwork is handmade and dispatched from our studio in India.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges levied by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the shipping price quoted at checkout.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing your Airway Bill (AWB) and courier tracking link.

5. Address Updates & Undelivered Packages

Please double-check your shipping address and contact phone number during checkout. If you notice an error in your address, notify us within 12 hours of placing your order.

If a courier attempt fails due to an incorrect phone number or incomplete address, re-dispatch charges may apply.

cuddlingupmybrush is an online-only studio with no physical storefront or office for walk-in visits; all orders are shipped via courier, and in-person collection is not available.
